Which expressions are equivalent to 14 – 20?

The expression is 14-20= -6

Any other expression that reaches the same result is equivalent.

Easy way to notice, if 20 is subtracting and 14 is adding, then the expression is equivalent. Or you can just solve each.

A. 20-14 → 20 is positive and 14 is negative, the signs are invertes, so this expression is not equivalent. (Its result is +6)

B. -20+14 → Both values have the same sign and their orders doesn't affect the result, this expression is
