To solve for pH.

Given: the concentration = 1x10^-2 M

[OH-] = NaOH = 1x10^-2 M

kw = [OH-] x [H3O+] = 10^-14

[H3O+] = 10^-14/1x10^-2

[H3O+] = 1x10^-12 M

pH = -log[H3O+]

pH = -log [1x10^-12]

pH = 12

The answer is D.
