To solve the exercise you can rewrite 7j as


j+3j+9j-6j

and rewrite -13 as


-20+7

Therefore, the expression that when simplifying it will give as a result 7j-13 will be


j+3j+9j-6j-20+7

because if you simplify you get:


\begin{gathered} j+3j+9j-6j-20+7=13j-6j-13 \\ j+3j+9j-6j-20+7=7j-13 \end{gathered}
