To solve this roblem we need to apply a transformation in each given point:

Let's start with point C(2,-1)

The transformation to apply is:

(x,y)\Rightarrow(x-3,y+8)

It means that we should subtract 3 to x value and add 8 to y value, like this:

\begin{gathered} C(2,-1) \\ C^(\prime)(2-3,-1+8) \\ C´(-1,7) \end{gathered}

Now, with point D(7,-4)

\begin{gathered} D(7,-4) \\ D^(\prime)(7-3,-4+8) \\ D^(\prime)(4,4) \end{gathered}

Finally, with the latest point (4,-6)

\begin{gathered} E(4,-6) \\ E^(\prime)(4-3,-6+8) \\ E^(\prime)(1,2) \end{gathered}
