y is a function of x if there is one distinct value of y in every value of x.

From the table, there are NO same y values so y is a function of x.

The domain is the set of x values and range is the set of y values

Answer :

Yes, D = {-1, 0, 1, 2, 3}; R = {-7, -5, 3, 5, 9}
