The initial expression is:

((xy^2z^3)^4)/((x^3y^2z)^3)

So we simplify the powers out of the parenthesis so:

(x^4y^8z^(12))/(x^9y^6z^3)

and finally we simplify it so:

(y^2z^9)/(x^5)
