Biochemistry can be used to provide evidence for evolution by a process called Comparative Biochemistry, in this case the DNA is analyzed and by that is possible to see the almost identical or pretty similar characteristics in the genetic code between the organisms. These estructures are made from Nucleotids, and they are foundation for the building of proteins. In all the living beings the struture and base characteristics are almost identical, this uniformity in biochemmical organization underlies the diversity of living things and points to evolutionary relationships.
