For a normal distribution, we can determine the z-socre by means of the following formula:


z=(x-\mu)/(\sigma)

Where μ is the mean and σ is the standard deviation. By replacing 62 for x, 73 for μ and 6 for σ, we get:


z=(62-73)/(6)=-1.83

Then, the z-score value is -1.83
