first we find the mean


\bar{x}=(445+380+365+375+370+315)/(6)=(2250)/(6)=375

then we find the mean absolute deviation


\begin{gathered} D_{\bar{x}}=(|445-375|+|380-375|+|365-375|+|375-375|+|370-375|+|315-375|)/(6) \\ D_{\bar{x}}=(70+5+10+0+5+60)/(6) \\ D_{\bar{x}}=(150)/(6)=25 \end{gathered}

answer: the mean absolute deviation is 25
