A solution with a mass of 5.0kg is 2.4 percent by mass NaCIO how many grams of solute are present? I got 12 but not sure if that’s right

5.Okg is the mass of the solution and we are told that it is 2.4 % NaClO therefore to get the grams of solute present we simply multiple the mass of solution by the percent

5.0 x 2.4% = 12
