Solution:

Split the middle term into 5 and 3.


\begin{gathered} 3x^2+3x+5x+5 \\ =3x(x+1)+5(x+1) \\ =(3x+5)(x+1) \end{gathered}

Hence, the factor of the given equation is (3x+5) and (x+1)
