System of equation

\begin{gathered} 2x-y=4 \\ 7x+3y=27 \end{gathered}

Let's multiply equation 1 by 3

\begin{gathered} 6x-3y=12 \\ 7x+3y=27 \\ \\ 6x+7x-3y+3y=12+27 \\ 13x=39 \\ x=(39)/(13) \\ x=3 \end{gathered}

Now for y

\begin{gathered} y=2x-4 \\ y=2(3)-4 \\ y=6-4 \\ y=2 \end{gathered}

The answer would be x = 3 and y = 2
