An example of daily temperature control by how the nevous and the integumentary system work together is when we sweat, that's action can cool down our body's temperature by the physics principle of "heat of vaporization". When the body temperature rises, the sympathetic nervous system stimulates the eccrine sweat glands in the integumentary system to secrete water to the skin surface, it cools the body temperature by evaporation, being a mechanism for temperature control that starts in the nevous system go to integumentary system until the sweat can be secreted through the surface of the epidermis.
