In the case of cellular immunity, the pathogens are attacked directly by cells, but in the case of humoral immunity, the pathogens are marked and inactivated by specific antibodies to destroy them. Also, cellular immunity it's more general, while humoral immunity it's more specific since the antibodies are pathogen-specific.
