Explain one way mRNA stability controllled

The most basic way to stabilize mRNA is when is mature, during the splicing process, eliminate introns, and unites exons, however, the part that allows this mRNA to be stable and no be degraded, is the poly AAA tail and the CAP at the 5' end, without these elements mRNA would not be able to leave the nucleus and arrive the ribosomes.
