To know if it can be a triangle let use Pythagoras

\sqrt[]{c^2_1+c^2_2}=h

c1=9

c2=7

\sqrt[]{9^2+7^2}=\sqrt[]{81+49}=\sqrt[]{130}=11.4

h=11.4 different to 16, so it is false
