the initial height of Anne is 32 inches,

the final height of the Anne is 40 inches,

so, the percentage change is,

=\frac{\text{ final - initial}}{\text{ initial}}*100
=(40-32)/(32)*100
\begin{gathered} =(8)/(32)*100 \\ =25\text{ \%} \end{gathered}

so, Anne is now 25 % taller than before.

thus, the answer is 25 % taller
