We will expand the expression

`\mleft(2x-3\mright)\mleft(3x+1\mright)=6x^2+2x-9x-3=6x^2-7x-3`

As we can see the expression is equivalent

`(2x-3)(3x+1)=6x^2-7x-3`

b)

The expression equivalent is

`10k^2-11k+3`

As we can see

`(5k-3)(2k-1)=10k^2-11k+3`
