We need to know the value of the sides, we have two right triangles we will use the Pythagoras theorem.

The first triangle

$c=\sqrt[]{3^2+5^2}=\sqrt[]{34}$

the second triangle

$c=\sqrt[]{5^2+9^2}=\sqrt[]{106}$

The perimeter is

$2\sqrt[]{34}+2\sqrt[]{106}=32.25$
