SOLUTION

From the table

At x = 1 and y = 17 ⇒ (x,log(y)), becomes


(1,log(17)=(1,1.2304489)=(1,1.230)

At x = 2 and y = 118 ⇒ (x,log(y)), becomes


(2,log(118)=(2,2.071882007)=(2,2.072)

At x = 3 and y = 826 ⇒ (x,log(y)), becomes


(3,log(826)=(3,2.91698004)=(3,2.917)

Hence the answer is

(1, 1.230)

(2, 2.072)

(3, 2.917)
