Why do Eukaryotes all use cellular respiration?

They use cellular respiration becaus that's the process by which they acquire the energy the cell will need in order to function properly, using oxygen in the process (as they are aerobic). Cellular respiration is a chemical pathway that liberates energy stored in chemical bonds.
