Remember that

If two triangles are congruent, then their corresponding sides and their corresponding angles are congruent

so

In this problem

triangle ORJ is congruent to triangle CKW

the corresponding side of RJ is KW

that means

RJ=KW

RJ=9 ----> given

so

KW=9
