the total time for a sandwiche is

$2\min +15\sec +1\min ,30\sec +2\min +165\sec +1\min +30\sec$
$=10\min$

so if you take 10 min making a snadwiche on an hour you can make 6 sanwiches and on 10 hour 60 sandwiches
