Can your gut bacteria make you fat? Explain?

Depends. Certain gut bacteria that may produce LPS which causes inflammation which can contribute to the process of weight gain and insulin resistance. There have been studies over the years to see what was actually the result of the guy bacteria and one test said that people who had lower gut bacteria diversity and are overweight all have levels of C-reactive protein in their bloodstream ( an inflammatory marker in the blood)
