Given:

The two cards are drawn without replacement from a deck of 52 cards.

So, total cards=52.

So the probability is given by,


P=\frac{desired\text{ outcomes}}{\text{total outcomes}}

The number Aces are 4 .

After picking first card there will be left 51 card in a deck.

Out of 4 ace card number of cards remains are 3.

The probability is given by,


P=(3)/(51)

So, the probability that second card is being an ace is P= 3/51 that is P=0.059.
