we know that

The perimeter of the figure is equal to the sum of its length sides

so

P=7.2(2)+4.1(2)+4.1(2)+12.8+1.9(2)+x

Combine like terms

P=47.4+x

Remember that

P=60.7 ft

substitute

60.7=47.4+x

x=60.7-47.4

x=13.3 ft

therefore

the answer is

13.3 ft
