We have to use the slope formula

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

Let's replace the points (9,-24) and (13,-21). Where

\begin{gathered} x_1=9 \\ x_2=13 \\ y_1=-24 \\ y_2=-21 \end{gathered}
m=(-21-(-24))/(13-9)=(-21+24)/(4)=(3)/(4)

Hence, the slope is 3/4.
