Given :

Minneapolis Area 54.0 sq. mile population is 382,578

Milwaukee Area 96.1 sq mile population 594,833

The people per square mile of Minneapolis =

(382578)/(54)=7084.8\approx7085

The people per square mile of Milwaukee =

(594833)/(96.1)=6189.7\approx6190

Bu comparing the results :

7085>6190

So, the city of Minneapolis is more crowded.
