For this case we have the following point (-4, 6) and the slope = -3/2

So then we can do this:

Part A

y - 6 = -3/2 (x+4)

Part B

And solving for this case we have:

6 = -3/2 * (-4)+b

b= 6 -6 =0

And then the equation would be:

y= -3/2 x
