Given data:

The first side of the trinagle is a=12 cm.

The second side of the triangle is b=14 cm.

The third side of the triangle is c=28 cm.

For a triangle to be establish, sum of any two sides must be greater than the third side.

\begin{gathered} 12\text{ cm+28 cm>14 cm} \\ 40\text{ cm>14 cm or} \\ 14\text{ cm+28 cm >12 cm} \\ 42\text{ cm> 12 cm} \end{gathered}

As, the sum of any two sides greater than third one.

Thus, yes triangle can be form with the given sides.
