1. Tobacco smoke is an indoor pollution I’ve been exposed to in my home, the most surprising pollutant in my home is the cooking stoves, the gases from the stove makes it a pollutant. Maybe using crockpots, air cookers, or eating more “ready to eat” foods like fruits or veggies, deli meats, etc. No one is responsible for the pollution, I need to eat.
