\cos \theta=(base)/(hypotenus)

Angle = x


\begin{gathered} \cos x=(16)/(21) \\ \cos x=0.76 \\ x=\cos ^(-1)(0.76) \\ x\approx40 \end{gathered}

The value of x is 40 degree.
