The Punnet square demonstrates codominance because the phenotype of the offspring of two homozygous parents (WWxRR) doesn't show any of the phenotypes of the parents, what discards complete dominance. On the other hand, the offspring, which is all heterozygous, shows an intermediate phenotype, expressing both alleles.
