write the equation of a quadratic function in Vertex Form, that has its vertex at (-2,1) and is upside down, but has no stretch

As the the vertex is in (-2,1) we get that the equation is


y-1=4p(x+2)^2

as it is upside down and has no stretch the complete equation is


y-1=-(x+2)^2
