The surface area of a sphere can be calculated by the formula:


A=4\pi r^2

And the volume by:


V=(4)/(3)\pi r^3

In this case, we have r=10.8 ft, so:


A=4\pi(10.8)^2=4\pi116.64=466.56\pi=1465.74
V=(4)/(3)\pi(10.8)^3=(4)/(3)\pi1259.712=1679.616\pi=5276.67
