We know that the boundary line is y=2x-5 and from the graph we notice that it is a dashed line; this means that the inequality has to be an exact one.

Now we only need to decide which semiplane to choose, to do this we notice that the point (5,0) has to be a solution of the inequality then, plugging this in the expression for the boundary equation we have that:


\begin{gathered} 0<2(5)-5 \\ 0<10-5 \\ 0<5 \end{gathered}

Therefore the inequality we are looking for is:


y<2x-5
