Nucleus, chloroplast, and mitochondria have at least two layers of membranes. They are classified as organelles. They are found in every plant cells. They contain DNA.

Most DNA are found in the nucleus. Chloroplast and mitochiondria's DNA are both circular and almost similar. Chloroplast and mitochondria are both bounded by a double membrane. The nucleus is enclose by a double membrane called the nuclear envelope.

Prokaryotic cells have no nucleus and lack organelles.
