The slopes of parallel line are alway equal

So, the slope of line whcih passes through (10, 7) and (-4,7) is equal to its parallel line

Expression for Slope

\begin{gathered} \text{ Slope=}(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1) \\ \text{ Slope=}(7-7)/(-4-10) \\ \text{ Slope =}(0)/(-14) \\ \text{ Slope = Not defined} \end{gathered}

Slope is not defined

So, the line which is parallel to given line's slope is not defined

Answer : not defines
