The total number = 4 (1,2,3,4)

number of prime numbers= 2 (2,3)

number divisible by 32 = 3, (1,2,4)

\text{Prb(prime numbes)}=(2)/(4)=(1)/(2)
\text{prb(number divisible by 32)=}(3)/(4)

Hence the probability of picking a prime number and then a number divisible by 32 is

(1)/(2)*(3)/(4)=(3)/(8)

In percentage we have,

(3)/(8)*100=(75)/(2)

37.5%

Hence the probability in percentage is 37.5
