m=d* V

m is the mass

d is the density

V is the volume

Since the volume of the sample is 8 ml

Since the density of the gold is 19.4 g/ml

Then


\begin{gathered} m=19.4*8 \\ m=155.2g \end{gathered}

The mass of the gold sample is 155.2 grams
