\begin{gathered} 1^(\circ)=(\pi)/(180) \\ \Rightarrow108^(\circ)=108*(\pi)/(180) \\ 108^(\circ)=(108*\pi)/(180) \\ =(3)/(5)\pi rad \\ \therefore108^(\circ)=(3)/(5)\pi rad \end{gathered}

Therefore, 108 degrees equals 1.885rad or 3/5 pi rad
