we have the function

f(x)=3\cdot5^((2x-3))

Simplify

\begin{gathered} f(x)=3\cdot5^((2x))\cdot5^(-3) \\ f(x)=3\cdot(5^2)^x\cdot(1)/(5^3) \end{gathered}
f(x)=(3)/(125)\cdot25^x

therefore

the answer is option C
