Given the area of a rhombus is 208 cm square and the perimeter of rhombus is 64 cm.

Recall that all the sides of the rhombus are equal.

Hence,

\begin{gathered} \text{perimeter}=4* sides \\ 64=4*\text{side} \\ 16cm=\text{side} \end{gathered}

Area of rhombus is :

\begin{gathered} area=base* height \\ 208=16* h \\ h=(208)/(16) \\ h=13\operatorname{cm} \end{gathered}

Hence the altitude of the Rhombus is 13 cm.
