Well how the regions of Central and South Asia, East Asia, and South Asia different from each other, is by their culture's religion or beliefs. But I think that the main part is the different types of Asian culture. Because it play's a huge role as of to their way of living and their beliefs and just everything about them. I think that's what makes the regions of Asia different from each other.

Well most religions have the same basis and same goals. Most religions believe in one almighty all powerful god. The goal is to get into "heaven". Buddhism is religion based on doing good deeds to get into "heaven". It requires a lot of meditation so the mind, body, and soul are all together and in sync. I hope that helps a little!
