we know that

The sum of the interior angles in any triangle must be equal to 180 degrees

In the right triangle of the figure

we have

c+d+64=180

we have that

d=90 degrees (right angle)

substitute

c+90+64=180

c+154=180

c=180-154

c=26 degrees
