CH_4+2O_2\rightarrow CO_2+2H_2O

2) Moles of CO2 produced oxygen reacts

The molar ratio

2 mol O2: 1 mol CO2


molCO_2_{}=36molO_2\cdot(1molCO_2)/(2molO_2)=18molCO_2

If 36 mol O2 reacts, it will produce 18 mol CO2.
