\begin{gathered} y=3x-1 \\ y=-3x+1 \end{gathered}

Comapring both equations,


\begin{gathered} 3x-1=-3x+1 \\ 3x+3x=1+1 \\ 6x=2 \\ x=(2)/(6)=(1)/(3) \end{gathered}

Therefore, x = 1/3.
