((f)/(g))(t+2)=\frac{(t+2)^2-1}{(t+2)^{}-2}
((f)/(g))(t+2)=(t^2+4t+4-1)/(t+2-2)
((f)/(g))(t+2)=(t^2+4t+3)/(t)
((f)/(g))(t+2)=((t+1)(t+3))/(t)
