Yes this looks good however there are some things I am unsure about e.g the 'newly engineered silhouette' and 'and apparel'. That I don't quite understand what it means. You should also put a dash or colon or maybe underline or something under the title of 'About the roles' and 'Why join us' to make it stand out more. Other than that, it looks good.
