LGBTQ stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer. There’s often no need to explain what it means. One does not need to be lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender to be apart of the LGBTQ+ community. It is defined as people who do not identify with being heterosexual or cisgender. But what exactly does it mean to be apart of this group?
